Who is responsible

Information we use

• Photos uploaded by a parent or guardian, including photos of children and other story characters.
• The story idea, character names and roles, child's age range, language and style choices.
• Generated story text, illustrations, project identifiers and generation status.
• An email address provided before generation so we can send a private recovery link, plus the selected format when you request a preorder.
• Technical security data, consent choice, language and story-access tokens.
• Optional usage and campaign data only after analytics consent.

Why we use it

• To create, save and display the personalized story requested by you.
• To keep your private story available through its secure access link.
• To send the story or preorder link you request and answer support messages.
• To prevent abuse, moderate unsafe content and maintain service security.
• With your consent, to understand visits, campaign performance and product usage.

Legal bases

We process story details, photos and contact information to provide the service you request and to take steps before a purchase. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Optional analytics relies on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Children's information

The service is intended for adults creating a book for a child. A parent or guardian must submit the information and must have authority to use every uploaded photo. Children should not submit information directly. We do not use children's photos for advertising or sell them.

Service providers and transfers

We use contracted providers for hosting and storage, database services, automated story and illustration processing, email delivery, security and consent-based analytics. This currently includes Vercel services, contracted creative-processing providers, and Resend. Providers process data only to deliver their service to us. Some processing may occur outside your country; where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards.

How long we keep information

Story projects and their source photos are kept while the service is available so the private story link continues to work, or until you ask us to delete them. Temporary uploads are removed after processing. Preorder records are kept for the preorder and related support. Security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie policy.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact info@netlogic.tech to make a request; we may need to verify that you control the relevant story.
