CARE FROM PHOTO TO STORY
Data protection
Personalized books require personal photos. These are the practical safeguards and choices built around that sensitive family content.

Private by design
- Uploaded and generated images are stored as private assets.
- Stories use an unguessable access credential rather than a public gallery.
- Admin analytics does not display customer photos, story text, email addresses or access tokens.
- Transport encryption is used when data moves between your browser and the service.
Creative processing
Your instructions and the images needed for a requested illustration are sent to contracted creative-processing services. The resulting story and artwork are automatically checked for inappropriate content. Automated creative tools can still make mistakes, so a parent or guardian should review the story before sharing it with a child. This processing does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about anyone.
Access and sharing
Anyone who receives a valid private story link may be able to open that story. Share it only with people you trust. We limit staff access to what is needed for support, security and service operation.
Your photo checklist
- Upload only photos you are allowed to use.
- Avoid documents, addresses, school details or other unnecessary information in the frame.
- Do not upload intimate, violent or otherwise inappropriate images.
- Ask us to delete a project when you no longer want it stored.
Requests and incidents
For access or deletion requests, or if you believe a story link or photo has been exposed, contact info@netlogic.tech. Include the story ID or link, but never send a password or secret token by email. We assess suspected incidents and notify affected people or authorities when the law requires it.
